This is possibly one of the simplest meatloaf recipe's I've ever seen. Delicious as well!

Preparation time: 5 minutes. Serves: 4-6
||Salt and Pepper
||Medium sized onion, chopped
|1.5 - 2 lbs
||Extra lean ground beef
- Large bowl to mix the ingredients.
- Loaf baking pan (large enough to hold the ingredients)
If baking with Scalloped Potatoes; then make the Scalloped Potatoes first, start it cooking
then prepare the meatloaf and insert it 15 minutes after the start. (Adjust this based on
thickness of the meat in the pan)
- Mix all ingredients together (thoroughly)
- Pack into loaf pan
- Bake 350 degrees (F) for 1 hour
